I just baked the amazing Britta cake for my 36th birthday. It’s not perfect looking, but it still looks close enough.

It’s really bizarre that this cake is called ”Pinocchio cake” in western Sweden.

Using yeast in a waffle mix is a huge game changer. It took a long while to make all waffles, that’s why I only made one on this session.

I’ve cooked a CREAMY MEAT SOUP… so I thought.

I saw the title in the recipe during the cooking session and it said, “meat sauce soup with potatoes”. Oh well, it’s pretty delicious in the end.

My first homemade Ramen Burger!!

It was very oily process because the noodles wouldn’t fry the surface. But in the end, it was crunchy and delicious. However, my favorite will always be ”Smashed taco burger”.
