FYI - If you've moved to the latest #MacOS Golden Gate 27.0 and your #EmacsForMac version is playing up, set:

export MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=15.0

It's to do with the embedded libgccjit in the Emacs.app and Apple's inability to get version numbering consistent. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yebbut emacs is a quick "sudo install emacs" away & you have a whole world of comfort and convenience.

Doing this on a pretty elderly #RaspberryPI tonight, & would recommend it.
