The irony is it hasn’t improved the lives of cis women AT ALL

Labour Right used the #EHRC to bring down #Corbyn, EHRC investigation was PRIVATELY funded by someone anonymously.

EHRC said they couldn't investigate #Tory Party for #islamophobia because they didn't have the funds to do it.

Now Labour Right want to use the EHRC again to attack the Green Party.

That was excellent listening and of course it's from Oct 16th, 2025 and matters have firmed up re #EHRC failings, entrenched GC legal houndings #Peggie vs #NHSFife driving Upton out of UK with Navratilova on her heels and the anti trans kids school guidance in force since beginning of Sept. FFS.

So where #SelfID was "taking it too far"; #Tories, #Labour, #SupremeCourt & #EHRC all reframed the perspective. As we know now they brought in #Trans #Section28 like rules in Schools from Sept to hurt, embarrass & isolate trans weans from their mostly unbeknowing peers; turned bullies on exposure.

The whole point of the carefully engineered #SupremeCourt catastrophic ruling was to put #transgender people on the back foot. Just as any caste system introduction requires. Make one group superior over the other. The #EHRC fed that to the SC #Falkner is proud to have had their ear.

Really did enjoy that 2015 #Women'sHour the presenter did a grand job marshaling to ensure everyone taking part felt they'd been heard. The country as a whole should be totally aggrieved at what the #EHRC have done for civil politics and the #SupremeCourt has done for enabling othering #ApartheidUK

Probably just me but I haven't detected mainstream media chewing over the #LibDems view that the #EHRC Guidance on the #EA2010 re-interpretation is unworkable and dehumanising. #Transgender elements seem to not have happened, just a fleeting draught across the chamber then...

Men are men and have men's spaces. Women are women and have women's spaces. Lib Dems are Lib Dems and their heads have empty spaces.
