Just a suggestion, but schs cd perhaps just try making reasonable adjustments for disability/SEN, reliably & without diagnosis. This wd allow YP to learn safely & be a great relief to parents/carers. Reminder: dx, #EHCP etc not a legal req for just breaking out the reasonable adjustments already.

EHCP demand is rising, while councils prepare for #SENDreform. The challenge isn’t just designing the system for 2030 - it’s managing the journey there.

Strengthening #EHCP processes, understanding demand & modelling future scenarios will be key.
