Silly little art cause I decided I'll pick on myself for the prompt of Dumb today <3

Drawing myself has become just the theme of this month which was not the intention. But drawing characters whether they be mine or someone else’s needed to have a certain level of inspiration. So I guess it is a good thing that I’ve been feeling so intune with myself this year. Now to explain why I’m wearing a Dunce cap in this piece. Though it should be obvious. It says Needless Apologizer because that is what I am. I’m the kind of person who worries so much about everything that I tend to apologize for things that either aren’t my fault or aren’t a problem worth apologizing for. It’s gotten to the point my friends send me “Bonk” gifs and the like because of it. It’s a loving reprimand and I have been improving because of it. I was just gonna draw the dunce cap and be done with it but I knew I needed to make it more specific especially since my friends have also been fighting me on anytime I say something negative about myself. On bringing this up I’m reminded of a video made by DannyPhantomExe. It basically follows the line of “You’re not self aware if all you see are your flaws. You're self conscious and self critical. That’s not self-aware.” I keep reminding myself of that whenever I can because it’s true and I wish it was easier to break that pattern. But I’m improving. Much like I am with my art. Looking forward to getting back to bigger projects and less theme specific posts. But I’m taking all I can from this time of learning I’ve been taking. Hopefully I can start making more fun works for myself and you all. But that’s all for now! Take care!
