@mydynamicapp.comCheck-ins in My Dynamic: named moments like Morning or Before bed, where you say how you're really doing. Your Dominant picks what each one asks for and can reply, and you both see the last two weeks at a glance. mydynamicapp.com/welcome #BDSM #DsDynamic #Submission #Consent
@mydynamicapp.comRules, written down. 📜
Group them by where they apply: around the house, in public, on your phone. Every change is announced, and a slip can be owned up to honestly instead of argued about later.
@mydynamicapp.comA small rule-writing tip for D/s couples:
Write each rule as something you can see done, not a feeling. "Be respectful" is hard to keep. "Greet me by title when I get home" is easy to know you kept.
Clear rules are kinder to both of you.
@mydynamicapp.comProtocols that stick. 🔥
Morning and evening rituals, set by your Dominant and ticked off each day. Every protocol keeps its own streak, so you both see the habit take hold.
@mydynamicapp.comTasks that actually get done. 📸
Your Dominant sets it. You do it and send photo proof. They sign it off, or send it back with a reason.
Every task and every proof, on the record for you both.
@mydynamicapp.comAsking shouldn't be awkward. 🗝️
In The Dynamic, a sub sends an ask and their Dominant answers it properly: grant it, deny it, or change it. Cap it, delay it, or set how long it lasts.
Both of you see exactly what was agreed.
