ICE agents will violate state (like California) laws, which leaves them subject to state prosecutions--that Trump cannot pardon them for breaking.

Trump has just ramped up the daily ICE quota from 2,000 to 3,000 arrests a day—militarizing raids with electric shock weapons and body cameras they never turn on or release. No accountability, just targets.
