The FDA accepted the BLA for Delpacibart zotadirsen and granted Priority Review. A global #Phase3 SAFARI44™ study has also begun. Del-zota is an investigational #AOC designed to deliver PMO to muscle, enabling exon 44 skipping and near-full-length dystrophin production.
