Tis the season for #dehydrating and now more mushrooms are in the dehydrator. Tomorrow, more spiced apples! I need so many spiced apples. The farm stand is open, twin said. I was unobservant. Soon 20lbs of winesaps for either 15 or 20 dollars. Probably 20 this year at least!

More spiced apples are now #dehydrating and then will extremely quickly be devoured!

Today in #dehydrating land we've added mushrooms to the mix for ramen! And continued to make celery. More tomatoes will be done tomorrow. Or started tomorrow at least.

More celery and now some mushrooms are #dehydrating and the mushrooms at least are bound for adding to ramen

So I'm currently #dehydrating the tomatoes still, but put the new silicone sheets on the other trays and started two trays of celery. Should be good, since they're trays, I can just remove one when one is done!

[Food, Gardening]
Olive oil. That's what I didn't stock up on.

Did more #dehydrating and well I'll have to do a lot of celery to get to a point I'm comfortable with.

Okay! Celery is now #dehydrating and I'll start a little jar of dehydrated celery for soups! Woo!
