The fumble recovery and the botched clock management was like…the Gibbs era magic and the Snyder era cloud are wrestling for control. We’ve had quite a few sequences of that recently and it appears the exorcism isn’t compete yet.

They had the lead for roughly 56 minutes and their RB1 only got 11 carries? WTF man.
It’s wet, it’s muddy, your offensive line is struggling in pass protection. Pound the rock.
Absolutely no reason to call three consecutive pass plays.
Just keep it on the ground until the Giants answer. I don’t trust the pass protection in these conditions.
Kicking game giveth, kicking game taketh away.
NFL head coaches need to put their foot down and tell starting quarterbacks to give up some of those practice reps. At some point, you’re going to get hurt and we can’t afford to have our season go up in flames because you’re the only one who can execute the fucking offense. #RaiseHail #DCSports
I need y’all to understand that even during the best of the Gibbs years, there were games like this. And there were moments in those games when it seemed like they weren’t going to do enough to win. Until they did.
I’m going to call this a character-defining and character-building win
Victory formation!

Close out time. This is what championship teams do. Or teams that are building champions do.
That’s the way!
Defense hasn’t registered a sack yet. So that means they’re due. Go get it, lads.
Going into the fourth quarter with the lead, having never trailed. Not bad.
Now that’s how you close out a half.
Cool. Now do that at least four more times. 😂
Ok. A 4 and out. We’ll take it.
I’m disappointed in the result. But if you throw out last season and look at this as the next relevant game between these clubs after the NFCC in ‘24, this is progress. Had the big bad Eagles on the ropes with a patchwork O Line and two new coordinators.
