First night using a #CPAP machine since 30 June for reasons.

I took off around the country that day without one tiny component, rendering it a paperweight. Could have hunted up a $60 replacement but didn't. Donated the rest (~$1000) 2wks later to a rural community group.

Will keep this up, though.

- Better sleep with CPAP = lower ghrel
- Weight loss peptides (GLP-1s like sema/tirz) help with appetite & insulin resistance
- When you combine both? Weight loss is faster and actually sustainable.

i went to bed about 10PM - sadly w/out my #CPAP - and was up at 7AM, answered a few more questions and out the door by 7:30AM. was awakened a few times as some sensors came loose. but was given a $250 gift card for my time. 🤪👍

The mean of REM sleep is 2hrs. In a recent 3 day sleep study, mine was 32mins of REM sleep.

The auditory hallucinations are gone.
