The @consilium.europa.eu (through #COREPER) just agreed on the mandate for the Regulation on Speeding-Up Environmental Assessments (aka #RSEA). It's no simplification, but complexification + deregulation. It does neither deliver on the recent AT call for better regulation! #HandsOffNature @eeb.org
