I recently watched the film #Complicated just before bedtime. Well, it is no wonder that I could not sleep afterwards anymore. The film depicts the gruesome reality of children with systemic inflammatory (and genetic) diseases (in this case #EDS) so well. 1/3

My #ME is mild but I can too easily 'stack'. That goes for many of us. I find online scrolling fatiguing. I must curb it! And I play online word games. Those are likely fatiguing too. Then, by the time I go to do my activity for the day, I might return to bed instead!
