Wanted something to spruce up my L/O beef and beer stew on spaetzle, so I tried the carrot puff recipe from #ColonialWilliamsburg #Foodways online (inspired, as I always am, from a visit to the Governor’s Palace kitchen). Needed a little salt, but a tasty, colorful way to embellish a fall dish.
