For Mikola and Colette!

#Tavqotd Kisses 😘

Throwing Mikola & Colette at yous!

It is no secret that I based Colette on Lilith from Diablo. As such, I feel quite comfortable giving Colette the same amount of power. Yes this is well beyond the capabilities of a normal succubus. However, as Colette is the child of a god I feel this is ok.

I actually like that Durge is a lump of gore from Bhaal. I had that in mind for #Colette and think it makes sense that she's a succubus because of it. I know Durge is floating around 30-40-ish? But Colette is *much* older—centuries. I'll explain below!

Colette would sacrifice herself to save the one she loves.

"Your life is worth a cost I shall gladly pay."

(I so love the scene in #DiabloIV where Lilith sacrifices herself—I see Colette doing the same!🥲)

"Years ago all I did was follow in Bhaal's shadow. His desires were my future. My father envisions silence...all worlds devoid of sound—of life. And I the conductor of the silence."

#Colette does but years were spent believing *this* was her future. She has started to dream.

#Tavqotd 20 Questions!

#17 Live one day again?

"You ask me to reflect on centuries. There are moments that are close to my heart, none more than this one. When a most unlikely person saw more than Murder's Daughter."

The Bhaal Temple.

Colette rarely shows signs that she is uncomfortable, but the temple is the worst.

"I remember living in my Father's realm before coming to this plane—I hated it. The Temple is an extension and I feel the same."

Narrator: 'A world where oceans are blood, humanity is gone, the sun is darkened. The sky parts as a winged woman plummets to the sea—wings dissolving into rose petals. She is dragged into the darkness—the dagger which killed the world in her hands.'

"Curse you, Father."

Colette fears losing who she cares for. They would never fully love her if they did not see all and choose to stay. But them dying or worse? That is a day she never wishes to see.
