It's not a huge shock, after they discontinued the monthly classic film screenings; if the audience doesn't turn up, there's no point in continuing. It would help if #Cineplex promoted these programs though, you never saw trailers for them at regular screenings.

We're a little bummed that #Cineplex seems to have discontinued the Family Favourites Saturday film series in Halifax, so no Magic Faraway Tree for us this weekend, or E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial next weekend (but they are screening the series in Sydney, Fredericton & Saint John).
