Today unfortunately fully evolved into an unplanned rest day.
I came home from work with a migraine that kept getting worse and worse until the dizziness took over and I couldn't even get up or look at my phone for several hours. In general, I felt pretty awful today. I was initially doing fine, but it hit me all at once.
Normally I'd have posted way earlier, but I quite literally couldn't.
