Finally got around to finding this last Foursquare ECS, Epilogue. A 19yr rum, pot & column blend coming in at 114 proof for 160. Though the price increases offer the years hasn't been good, the rums have been.

Spent today picking and cutting peppers to dehydrate. This has been a horrible year as the yield has been so low. Plants growing slower, less pollinators and heat has hurt of course. No seeding just dry everything for seasoning.
