the "please don't ride bikes on the platform" warning voice on the @metrotransitmn.bsky.social LRT stops is weird. use a person! "stop riding your bikes on the platform; you're not as balanced as you think you are". Or, ooh, a mom! "Listen, I told you once, don't make tell you again!" ##busride

ah, when your bus is late and you see it coming and then another one behind it. I always wanna know what happened. is the first bus really late? is the 2nd one early? medical emergency? detour? feisty passenger? so many options to choose from. #busride

there is a very serious child in a stroller right in front of me on this bus. he was not into my making silly faces for a smile bit, and now he's eating his crayon, which was making him happy. but now his mom is onto that. ooh, and the face wipes are out! #busride

Either my eyes are really bad, or I really wanted the 11 to be here, but swear to god, I got on the 11 Northbound on Nicollet Mall and he turns right on Washington and says it's an 18 bus. This is not the first time this has happened, lol. #busride

These might actually be difficult to do, timewise, money wise, staff wise. But they help make the system more usable, more easy to understand. A new rider would be completely lost w this. There is _nothing_ on 2nd Ave S & 5th to show where the 11 stops now. #busride

transit success: thought i was late to catch the bus, got to the stop 2 minutes before scheduled arrival time and just got on! didn't even have to run (although I don't actually do that anymore) #busride
