Walt Jr. recognizing Saul Goodman from his TV ads is pure joy. He had no idea who his dad’s lawyer really was, and one episode later everything fell apart. Remembering RJ Mitte, gone at 34.

Empires rose and fell in Breaking Bad, and through all of it Walt Jr. just wanted his breakfast. Fans turned it into one of the show’s most loved running jokes. Rest easy, RJ Mitte.

RJ Mitte has died at 34. Before Walter White became Heisenberg, this is the scene where he first stood up for his son, and it still hits. Rest easy, Flynn.
