Latest model now that I figured out BOSL2's tag_scope: a 2U vent panel with replaceable filters and support for an 80mm fan.

All possible to print on teeny 120mm^3 printers!

The back of the 2U vent panel. A central squarish part is the vent, with a hole pattern for an 80mm fan. It has a hexagonal pattern of holes. Each "ear" is affixed using M3x8s with a blind, sliding dovetail as a locating pin.

The front of the 2u vent panel. The central panel (of which you'll need 2 for a 10" rack) has a large hexagonal hole pattern. The dovetails from the ears are not visible from this side.
