@juergen-hubert.mementomori.social.ap.brid.gyHave you considered reviewing my books on #BookWyrm or #NeoDB, the #Fediverse alternatives for reviewing and organizing your books and other media?

Colour, genre or alphabetical: how are your own bookshelves sorted?

Is your real bookshelf sorted by colour or by genre?

@juergen-hubert.mementomori.social.ap.brid.gyThis is my "To Read" pile. That is to say, these are the books I want to read for which I do not have sufficient shelf space.
If you want to know what's in this pile, check out my #BookWyrm account at @[email protected] !
@ueckueck.dresden.network.ap.brid.gyKleiner Shoutout an @bookwyrm
P.S.: Meinen […]

Do you sort your shelves by colour, genre or chaos?
@juergen-hubert.mementomori.social.ap.brid.gyI finally completed the move of my #BookWyrm account to my new instance. Behold my "To Read" pile, ye mighty, and despair!
Actually, I am despairing a bit myself. I realize that "having too many books" is a rather subjective judgment, but I feel that "multiple piles of books on the floor […]
@juergen-hubert.mementomori.social.ap.brid.gyQuestion for #BookWyrm users: Can you import the following book to your instance?

It's on my old instance […]
@juergen-hubert.mementomori.social.ap.brid.gyI am currently migrating my #BookWyrm account for the first time (to @[email protected] , and it's definitely not the smooth process I am used to from my two Mastodon migrations.
A lot of books required a second import attempt to migrate […]
Was spricht dafür oder dagegen?
(Sinnvoll wäre es, wenn […]
@juergen-hubert.mementomori.social.ap.brid.gyI do actually have a plan for all those random books I've collected from little free libraries and am adding to my #BookWyrm account at @[email protected] - I want to use them as #ttrpg #worldbuilding inspiration for a custom fantasy world.
But before I can start with that, I need […]
@juergen-hubert.mementomori.social.ap.brid.gyAn announcement: I moved my #BookWyrm account from

However, you should be aware that the import of my old data... did not go smoothly. So over the course of the next few weeks I will have to re-add a couple of hundreds of […]
