Broadway Northern Blvd 54th St intersection in Woodside has a pedestrian scramble phase {all crosswalks walk, all traffic lights red}. #bikeNYC use caution with LPI as pedestrians on orthogonal-to-you crosswalks also have a walk signal. Bridge above is Amtrak to HellGate Bridge and New England.
