After 1 year of being a crazy idea, my Cats the musical inspired Tara cosplay finally manifested! This cosplay took me 3 months to make, the wings alone taking me 2 weeks due to learning EVA foam as I went. She is in need of repairs before her next con, but I am in LOVE!!!
