#portfolioday is once again upon us!

I'm BeardMax (or Jonno), a digital 2d artist who loves drawing OCs, fantasy stuff, videogame fanart and more!

#ocart #fanart #fantasy #beardmaxart

Chira Bludsworth - an anthropomorphic bat woman, sits on the porch of a wooden cabin in a sunhat and autumnal casual wear with sandals. Beside her is a table with a bottle of wine and a glass full of said drink. In her left hand she holds an intricate looking book while her right hand has a rhinoceros beetle resting on top, with Chira admiring it. The background shows a brief glimpse at the sunset and a tree with red, orange and yellow leaves billowing down to the groud.A mysterious cave with a river flowing through it and a waterfall further into the caverns. Adorning the scene are blue crystals - jutting from both the ceiling and floor but also some that are floating, all emitting a soft glow that is reflected by the floor and the flowing water.A digital drawing of Sonic the Hedgehog - specifically in his Hyper Sonic form as indicated by his white body glowing iridescent, sparkling colours, floating in front of the glowing purple/pink moon and striking a pose with his index finger pointed forward and up, glaring at the viewer. Electric sparks and sparkling stars emanate from himA white, chubby man with long brown hair that connects into his bushy facial hair is wearing a green shirt and is standing against a starry night sky background. He is being illuminated by a glowing pink light from offscreen and he looks peacefully at it.

Theoretical new character bc all the other servers keep talking about making bunny characters.

Might sell it as an adopt tho, I am undecided

#sketch #adopt #ocart #beardmaxart #rabbit

A loose sketch of an anthropomorphic rabbit woman with puffy, tied up hair and running gear with text beside them saying "Run Bun". Their vest says "RUN" on it and they have flared shorts, big 80s style socks going into massive trainer shoes, and have wrist bands on. Her ears are pointing upwards and she looks to the camera witha confident look and smile, and she is doing a peace sign showing her padded fingers and plams

A repost from last year's Halloween, it's Chira as Elvira - Mistress of the Dark! Will 100% have to get more Halloween fits ready once the queue calms down

"This is no ordinary game - it's a Shadow Game!"

This definitely doesn't STRICTLY count as Halloween themed but I wanted to a Season 0 YGO inspired pic for a while so may as well make it my new PFP for the season! Happy Spooky Month!

I mean I've already drawn her at LEAST 8 times (definitely more). Even if it's not timely, Sabermania will live on

(Happy early bday bro!)

I am genuinely surprised I haven't done more fanart for Dragon Quest

Akira Toriyama's artstyle has had such profound influence on me, and Yuji Horii's games and world influence what I want Rite of Passage to be, so I need to focus in on that

Samus looking for snacks in her fridge

(Metroid Ravenous will be a day 1 pickup, on god)

#metroid #nintendodirect #fanart #beardmaxart #nintendo

A stylised picture of Samus Aran from Metroid - specifically sporting her new design from the recently revealed Metroid Ravenous. There is harsh black shading on her armor with lights coming only from her arm cannon and visor and an intense glow around her glowing purple arm with lots of shadow surrounding her making the picture look ominous.

If we didn't start somewhere, we wouldn't start at all.

Chris's posing needs exaggerated and but after that, in-betweens and refinement shouldn't be too much trouble.

Animating is really fun ngl
