What Even is Black #Barleywine Anyway?

And #barrelAged too, from #EvilTwinBrewing

It is delicious, anyway. Bourbon and toffee lead, sweet with cocoa and dark fruits and a nutty finish.

Damn! @georgetownbrewing.bsky.social out here quietly dropping a banger!!! Dark fruits, toffee, nice barrel heat. Price can't be beat either these days! Well done!

Guess we known that oak is WELL dried - burned down almost totally to ash

#bissellBrosBrew #barleywine #craftBeer #bil

First fire of the season! It’s been so dry here, tonight was cool and windless enough to give it a go. Many white oak disks to burn.

My wife(!) grabbed the rest of then #bissellBrosBrew Monolith, how could I refuse? I’ll make her a #barleywine girl some day 😎

Walking the dog in a local pine forest, the trees create such monolithic parallels, here on the edge of suburbia

Come home to #bissellBrosBrew Monolith #barleywine

Rich full body with caramel, molasses, dark fruits, & a boozy semi-spiced finish. Warming & Delightful!
