I wound up at 160kg, with Type II Diabetes, which I managed to reverse, and also shed 40kg+ by going on a ketogenic diet. Then I had my diagnoses and slumped again for a couple of years. Now I’m working on it all again.

Rest is good for brains, as well as arms and legs. This is a good thing to remember when I get completely wrapped up in something. Autistic Burnout will just cause me to eat like crap, and sit on my arse for potentially months, even years, during and after pandemic lockdown.
