#Inktober Day 14 - LADY

Catching up again:
Spent way too much time on this one -- drew it three times for some reason! Mostly because I wasn’t in a drawing mood, and it doesn’t match what I envisioned in my head. 😭WAH!

#Inktober Day 15 - HOORAY
Gotta be honest: "Lunchbag Man" was going to be my drawing for FLIMSY, but switched him for HOORAY. Here's is our favorite hero, facing his arch nemesis . . . wind!

#Inktober Day 13 - FLIMSY

No time for scanning... (click!)
Who knew a Grey, the well-known flimsiest of aliens, could be so flirty?

#Inktober Day 12 - TOSS
Fun one. Used a Copic marker for pancakes to stand out from the antlers.

The stove top was a nightmare; white started to bleed into the black ink.Had to touch it up with Photoshop. 🤬

#Inktober Day 08 - STINKY
Oh, lookie! Our old friend the pilot fly is back . . .

Actually had this finished on the 8th, but scanning, cropping, and uploading these things is tedious and more time consuming then you'd think.

#Inktober Day 09 - RAM
Wanted to do a creepy one, (no lil' ghosts.)

Wasn't feeling great the past few days -- so I need to catch up. (FYI Day10:Mystical I'll have to do digitally, too many tight straight lines . . . )

#Inktober Day 07 - PANIC

Haunted Alarm Clock finally realizes it can't even tell what time is it.

#Inktober Day 06 - OGRE

Anger Management got rid of all the anger; now if there were only something to get rid of the cuddly strength.

#Inktober Day 05 - SMACK

Haunted Flyswatter gives the SMACK down, ala frog with a phobia of large flies wearing pilot's cap.

#Inktober Day 04 - CACTUS
Haunted Cactus has quite the walk ahead across the dessert in order to do some decent Trick or Treatin'.

#Inktober Day 03 - MINIATURE
The brave tiny knight vs the haunted mushroom.

I'm thinking of adding the little ghosts to every image this year; long as the white pens don't run out of ink (or dry up like they always do!)

Inktober 2026 Day 2: Relic

Haunted relic. Drawn in black ink with white gel pen highlights on kraft paper.

A shortened edited version of drawing of my Dancing Monster character design (circa 2020). This clip shows my design process from pencil sketch concept to inking the outlines using Procreate.

++UPGRADE++
Every now and then, I'll revisit an old image and give it a fresh look—fixing weaknesses I can see now that I couldn’t see back then. This one was originally created around 2020.
