If all goes well #AniDot may have some form of compositing within it for v1, pretty exciting. It isn't a guarantee yet. It's something I'm toying with. It'll act a lot like After Effects/Premiere Pro but a bit different that suits our UI better.

I know most of you that are currently here are more interested in the animation and tweening tools but I'm starting to implement comic tools as well as more useful drawing tools. Got a full text tool in, balloon, balloon tails, boarders, rulers, and more guide settings.
Been busy with #AniDot! Just added Boundary Depth, a keyframeable occlusion system that controls how artwork overlaps within or across layers.
Also added Scene Tools: Shape Stack (fill/line order), Mesh Warp, and Shape Flow (booleans/masking).
UI is scaling great at 21:9!
Just a small update for now. I got a full layout UI implemented and it can be customized to an extent within the canvas settings.
I think I might be cooking something fundamentally pretty big here...
Have you ever wish you could just tween without all the hassle? Just draw two frames without any consideration?
NOT A PROBLEM!
#AniDot Sorry for the sloppy example I don't have time to do proper examples at the moment but this gives a sneak peak of watercolor, air brush, clone stamp, blend, blur, smudge, and liquify.
#AniDot raster engine rewrite is getting closer we finally implemented watercolor, airbrush, blend, blur, smudge, clone stamp, and liquify. Now it's just refining these tools across the board however some of these will have to wait for v2 or .X update.
AniDot now has a full vertical X-Sheet! It supports 144 frames per page, handwritten notes/dialogue, linked keyframes, and export.
Implemented vertical timeline / X sheet in AniDot! It supports 144F, memos, dialogues, key linkages, and export.
AniDot started as an in-house animation tool for our studio projects, but it’s grown into something much more. The UI also got a big overhaul with full customization. Updates may be a little slow while I work on our series, but more is coming.
