Incoming for #Ampache 8.3.0

Search rules can now be grouped into different lists of and/or lists.

Luckily for us the rules you make are saved in JSON so this is fully backwards compatible with existing lists.

Not sure where this was asked recently but #ampache 8.3.0 will not scrobble immediately from the web player any more.

I've just put in a poller following your skip_timer config (default 20 seconds)

The 8 series has spent a lot of time making sure your phone is usable with the web UI.

#ampache 8.2 will implement playlist folders in the web UI.

This was available in the API but has just landed in develop for 8.2.0.

Needs a little more tweaking but it's looking great!
