Fantastic kosmische musik. The first side/track is an absolute blast. Second side isn't far behind.

Max Richter - The Congress

Bit of a sucker for MR. Definitely a gateway into a lot of classical/contemporary classical (oxymoron?)/neoclassical. This is melancholy & absorbing (except some 'songs').

Black Rain - Computer Soul

More an EP I guess but still damn fine (just wish it was longer). Minimal dark wave. Atmospheric almost industrial. Great stuff.

Can't beat some Kraftwerk. One of the albums that formed my love of electronic music (way after its release, I wasn't cool or old enough to listen to this when it was released)

One of my favourite albums of the last couple of years. Don't know what it is that I love but it really hits the spot.

Short, sweet & to the point. Wonderful bass. Amon Tobin's music really hits the spot for me. Always love listening to it.

Loved this album since I first heard it (yeah, back in Brighton early 00s). Just works as an album. Good mix of vocal tracks & instrumentals.

I love the rawness this version gives the songs. I wish I'd been old enough to see them at this stage (I didn't seem them live until the late 80s).

Yet another album that reminds me of Brighton. I guess it is the downtempo/drum'n bass vibe. Very listenable.

My kind of pop. Quirky listening music that takes many inspirations & makes something that is uniquely Stereolab. Makes me want to listen to more of theirs

Always had a soft spot for SP. I remember this sounding harsher than it does now (years ago; memory is an odd thing). Still atmospheric & entertaining.

There voices work so well together, it's heartbreaking. Another beautiful album that just engulfs you. I love Low's music.

Sparse & evocative music. I love her detached delivery over minimal yet engaging music. Don't know why it works but it does
