Scanned the new 206-page European strategy on transformative AI. Article 14: never mentioned. "Automation bias": zero. "Federated": zero. What is there: chokepoints, gigafactories, one AI Office. The whole problem is located at the frontier. The deployment side is not. #AICRIT
