Here's the finished 40k single entry ready for Golden Demon & SMC.

I'm quite happy how the last minute single basing and the fabrics came out! Quite the successful final crunch this week 😊

He's painted true to lore, with black and white armor parts, red fabric, silver steel insignias, and minor details, like leathers, glowing lenses and more. The base is mainly painted to be red rock, dust and debris with wrecked parts vaguely looking to be from aircrafts and building structures with visible rebar and paneling. He's got his new base and a newly refined (basically repainted) feather cloak backside.

On track to finishing him during this week - all live on twitch, btw! - and bringing him to SMC and Golden Demon next weeend and the one after.

I don't think I have the time to continue refining this carefully and slowly. My personal deadline, due to the travels to the events, is October 15th. Oof.

We got claws on Aethon Shaan!

I decided to paint the right one as idle and inactive and the left hand claw as powered hup while slicing into the rock.

Last week I finished refining the first part of the 40k Unit entry!

This is about the best painting I can do at the minute. It's only a bit worrying how long it took me to get the jump-pack this far. There is SO much more to get to this level. Yikes!
