- Clear assessments & baselines, adequate oversight & funding of all three pillars.
- Member States paying in full, on time, without conditions.

This week, our 🇨🇭 #5C team hosted an in-depth briefing on 5C & budgetary matters for Permanent Representatives & delegates to prepare for the upcoming session.
