Your coffee lasts minutes but single-use cups last much longer! ☕

Ireland uses around 200 million disposable cups every year, that's 3.7 million every week, 528,000 every day, or 22,000 every hour! 🫨

Ditch the single use cup, and bring your own! 💪💙

Clothing left on the beach often contains synthetic fibres like nylon and polyester. 👕🩱

When they are tossed around in the sea they can shed microfibres which are harmful to biodiversity and can even end up in OUR food chain! 🌊

Did you know every piece of plastic has a journey… don't let yours end up on the beach! 🌊🥛

We all love to bring snacks for a beach day picnic, but remember: pack it in, pack it out!🥯

Remember to take home every piece of rubbish, food scrap, and personal items you bring to the beach rather than burying, burning, or leaving them behind.✨

From the kitchen sink…to the beach... 🫧

We may never know how this plastic washing up liquid bottle ended up littering our coast.💔

We can puzzle over the many things we find on a #2MinuteBeachClean, the best solution is simple: Pick it up. Protect our coast. 🙌
