@mermuse.bsky.socialI finally finished painting my 1490 Doom terrain. Love the amount of verticality this game fits in such a small play space. I tried to keep it dark and moody but in the end I added bright flowers because I can’t stand looking at too much dull terrain… my apocalypse is full of flowers.

Doing the Hedge Knight in green. In this world of reds, metals and greys and browns, a green would be appropirately and verdantly flamboyant for a silly model like this!
Also progress on Black Grail for Trench Crusade. They're still a ways to go!

@kroggsgoldwaaaagh.bsky.socialGot my #1490Doom starter box and have it all assembled and primed. Never worked with this material before. Smells of burnt pine. I’ll need a wood varnish but past that, there’s not much let to fo with the tower. All that remains is these characters and giving them life. Gonna do them in reds.
