Image is of the poster’s newest project which is currently in the cleaned-up sketch stage of the process. It’s concept art of their newest anime style oc. Art style draws inspiration from early 2000’s jrpgs and manga, as well as kawaii harajuku fashion. Depicted is a young looking teenage demon girl holding an intricate neo-baroque style filigree axe staff (taking inspiration from a 14th century Muromachi period mountaineer axe), looking up at this figure beside her, which is the artist’s interpretation of a biblically accurate angel. Character is petite, has big eyes, pointed ears, has a heart-shaped mole on the side of she face and short hair with curled up tips, covered by a widows peak bonnet. Bonnet also has hair clips pinned to it. She wears a sleeveless v-line peplum top with a mandarin collar, heart-shaped cut-out on the chest, and lined with exaggerated puffs at bottom of the top. As well, she wears frilly bloomers and thigh-high tights with bows, and shoes with spikes on the front. For accessories, she has an arm cuff drawn in the same style as her axe staff, a vivienne westwood ring, spiked bracelet cuffs and bow on her tail. The angel, although inspired by a biblically accurate, takes design inspiration from a seraphim and thrones. Design is made more playful and kawaii-fied by giving it a beak to make it a bird like creature.Photo, no description
