@108star.net
Madagascar Periwinkle
It feels like midsummer has returned just for these flowers❤️
So vibrant✨
I was glad this summer was comfortable, but I wonder if the flowers didn’t get enough sunshine?
@108star.netガーデンマム
Garden Mums
I love these little fluffy blooms.
They feel more approachable than the big chrysanthemums used in floral arrangements✨
If I grew some, I’d choose orange🧡
@108star.netムクゲ
Rose of Sharon 🌸
Rose of Sharon and cotton roses look so alike!
I wonder if this is really a Rose of Sharon😳
It’s Korea’s national flower🇰🇷
Those petals remind me of a beautiful Korean hanbok🩷
@108star.netアゲラタム
Ageratum
Fluffy little Ageratum💜

Japanese Pampas Grass
Still young and slender, but soon it’ll turn soft and fluffy.
A true sign of the season🎑
It makes me look forward to the slow arrival of autumn🧡
@108star.net
Hairy Beggar-ticks
These flowers are called “sticky weeds” in Japan🌼
Blue butterflies love them, so lots come by.
I tried to take photos, but when I aimed, nothing was in focus🙄
@108star.netコスモス-秋桜
Cosmos
They sway in the breeze, so it took lots of shots to get one🩷
Autumn is here!
So many colors and shapes now.
I’d love to see a whole field of cosmos someday🥰
@108star.netメドーセージ
Meadow Sage
Such a gorgeous purple💜
It blooms every year, even in neglected spots, so it’s tough✨
Its long flowering season would make it a lovely garden accent😍
@108star.netアジサイ-紫陽花
Hydrangea
A hydrangea blooming out of season, for some reason🩷
Did all the rain fool it into thinking it was summer?
It’s become a little resting spot for a grasshopper😁
@108star.net
Blue Morning Glory
I always thought morning glories were summer flowers.
But this one is still blooming💜
It’s perennial, and early October is its peak season😳

Ixora
The only flower I photographed in Thailand📸
The rain was so heavy, I couldn’t wander outside😨
In Thai, it’s called “Dok Khem” (ดอกเข็ม), meaning “needle flower”✨
@108star.netハギ-萩

Bush Clover
I love the pink blooms, but I found a white one too🤍
It has its own charm🥰
A pioneer plant that grows in barren places🌱
I wonder if birds carry the seeds?
@108star.netムラサキカタバミ
Oxalis
A weed, but the pink flowers against bright green leaves are lovely🩷
They wilt so quickly when picked.
Bees are busy here too, so I’ll just enjoy them🥰
@108star.net
Balsam
I’d heard that its seeds can pop and fly, but I only learned today what the pods actually look like.
I imagined much bigger seeds going BOING😇
@108star.netメランポジウム
Melampodium

Marigolds
My garden marigolds💛
I’d love to grow them beside the dahlias again next year.
They bloomed all summer and brightened up the garden🥰

I hope it blooms through winter.
I’ll take good care of it🥰

Silver Osmanthus
There was a Silver Osmanthus blooming near the Fragrant Olive too🤍
I hear it has a gentle scent, but the Fragrant Olive was so strong that I couldn’t smell it at all🥹
