Started this a few nights ago and didn't like it, but I kept going! It's a portrait study and another style study.

Push push push. 💪

(also, I'm at 199. 👀)

Made some adjustments to the colors and overall contrast. Added the white border like I sometimes do. Plus did a quick, less surprised alt.

Round 2 on this one and I think I got much closer! Really feeling better about my practice lately! 💪😋

Tried going back to a more Persona/Soejima style but I think I made the eyes/irises too small for that. Also a weird body angle. But, gonna keep goin'!

Tried to target something like Monogatari. Also looking at more difficult poses, expressions, and angles to challenge myself.

Moaaaaar! Zzzzzzz.

I sketched this and then spent a bunch of time on lineart and coloring and then it just looked weak for some reason, so here's the sketch. 😁

Did a Danganronpa #stylestudy and I think it was pretty helpful. Final design is not based on any character in particular, just a random photo ref. I had fun so I'm going to do more stuff like this. 😋

Playing catch up and just working on a bunch of things at once. I feel like I need to spend like a week just doing eyes again. And jaw taper.

I've been catching up on Re: Zero and decided I wanted to do an Emilia-tan study. Me from 2 years ago is happy I can even do this now, but me today says, "GO HARDER!"

It never ends.
