Drawing of a young Mexican woman in two poses. On the left she is sitting playing an acoustic guitar, wearing a red and black dress, her long curly black hair down with a red ribbon behind her head. On the right she is standing playing a violi, wearing a women’s mariachi uniform with a red bow at her neck and a red sash around her waist. Her hair is up in a crown braid with a red ribbon braided through it.
Panel One: Asahi leans one arm against a marble counter, the other arm thrown over the back of the chair he sits in. There's a cup of coffee in front of him, and 2 books stacked toward the middle of the counter. Asahi has a huge grin on his face as he says, "So... Come here often?" Panel Two: Shigeru stands in front of a sink, towel in hand as he dries off. The sink drips gently. Shigeru looks over his shoulder to Asahi with a somewhat blank expression. He says plainly, "This is our apartment. I live here." There are thick question marks adorning his speech bubble. Panel Three & Four: Close up shots of Shigeru and Asahi's expressions. Shigeru looks at Asahi with an unreadable expression. Asahi is smirking, but has visible sweat drops across his face. Both of their speech bubbles have ellipses. In the empty space is more dripping sound effects from the sink. Final Panel: Asahi has collapsed dramatically (and pathetically) to the ground, tears pouring heavily and pooling around him. His dialogue reads, "I'm going to be single forever!!!" Shigeru crouches down to console him, a hand on his shoulder. His dialogue reads, "You'll be alright..."
