Abominations taking from the belief of allegedly reanimated corpses that would spread an apocalyptic disease to create more of its own kin… This Abomination only got the disease part. Zombies can get you sick, but you won’t turn into one if you do catch any pathogens from them. It’s actually very uninterested in you…as long as you aren’t dead. Indeed, zombies are scavengers like vultures, only interested in consuming that which has already died. Sometimes they may consume decomposers, excluding the ones latched onto their body. In fact, they’re hardly fit to attack humans, their best strength being in their bite, which is strong enough to tear flesh, but slow enough to be stopped before too much harm is done. Sickness from a zombie could range from simply allergy like symptoms from their spores, up to flu-like illness, which only arises from a bite.

Scavengers they may be, other “living”zombies may be fair game for them if they’re desperate enough to fight to the death. These fights often take a long time, due to their lethargic strength and movements, it can actually be quite humorous for some, with how often they’ll flop over trying to bite each other. They’re mostly absentminded of their surroundings, but there is one thing that sets them off; vultures. Despite being possible descendants of king vultures, thought to be responsible for their colorful skin, zombies are truly terrified of all vultures, which will eat away at them if they’re staying still, the vulture mistaking them for a corpse…though you really can’t blame the bird for thinking so.

Ultimately, really not much of a threat, more of a moving biohazard. If you’re sensitive to them, you can always treat it like any other biohazard… by INCINERATING! But be nice, they’re actually decent for the environment. They’re part decomposer!
