Waiting for Tails and Amy would be more something during or post Adventure vs. post Sonic & Knuckles is what I'm saying. #SonicX

"I'll just chill out up here and wait for Tails and Amy." ...I'm...iffy on that line...don't get me wrong, even when they stopped aging the characters, you can tell they got mature by their thoughts and actions...but this is BEFORE Adventure, so Sonic does have a little immaturity here... #SonicX

Just as Cream and Cheese are falling asleep to the news, they see an artist's rendering of the Chaos Emerald and they run off to tell Sonic...just as Eggman sees the samne drawing on TV... #SonicX

Like in the original Japanese, some construction equipment hits the Chaos Emerald and goes all wonky!

We open with Chris being told how everybody got here and Tails finding out Earth doesn't have them...except why does Chuck sound like not only he knows what they are, but they ARE an Earth thing? #SonicX

The mixed part is more "Early performances." I don't know if it was the voice direction or the VA's themselves (As I said, Dan Green had to stand in for Pollock for Eggman's laughing) not sure how to do it, but Ortiz was perfect as Amy and you hear how they will sound EVENTUALLY in spots. #SonicX

So this is where we hear the majority of the cast as the Sonic characters (From the games, anyway) in longer roles than in the pilot and for the most part it's...mixed...but not in a bad way. #SonicX

"GET 'EM!" ...lazier sound effects...but bullets bouncing off the roof sound effects... figure that one out. #SonicX

"Amy, please, let me go!" Again, the little touches with this thing. #SonicX

"Uuuggggggggghhhhhhhhh..." Ok, I like the little touches the dub does, feels more like the video games. #SonicX

"OH-HO-HO-HO!" Fun fact, going back to that whole "Early" thing, for awhile Pollock couldn't get Eggman's laugh without issue, so Dan Green stepped in for the laughing in a few eps until, as I said, Pollock did a few more sessions. #SonicX

"She's only gonna get herself hurt!" Ok, now this is starting to sound more like how I expect Knuckles to sound like. #SonicX

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh!" Going back to what I said about this being early, Pollock wouldn't really get to yell like Eggman until a few more recordings with the character, so that's one reason he's a little more subdued than in the future games. #SonicX

"We have to bring him back, right away!"
Is it just me or is the dub kinda upping Chris' attachment to Sonic already? I feel like it was more of a slow burn in the Japanese version.
