It’s been 21 months since I had a drink
I can’t believe how much my physical and emotional health has improved
I’ve endured the loss of my mother, wife, and am watching my brother recover from a severe stroke

Getting into the routine on morning meetings. Early recovery Im trying to do as many as I can. Then I want to do a steady 2 or 3 a week. And 2 in person meetings a month. #goals and another goal is, making friends. Im almost ready to put myself out there. #sobriety #sobersky
