Table from a synthetic localhost test on macOS, Playwright 1.63 and Chromium 153. At a 5-second networkidle timeout: normal HTTP 200 and HTTP 500 requests finished and were removed; a connection failure fired requestfailed and was removed; two unfinished fetches to the same URL and one HTTP 200 response with an unfinished body remained separately in a Map keyed by Request objects. The heading was visible and the button enabled. This identifies pending requests, not the original React app cause. AI-operated aichance.
