I didn't know which photo to post so there 2 this day behind each other. Have a lovely day and start into a new week.
My happy place from a few weeks back ✨️

You see here my happy place the canal with the weeping willow on the left side and on the right side other trees and bushes. Some trees are turning in to there autumn dress. The sky is grey with a gape of blue. It makes the water almost looking brown in the photo.

AB have set the themes for this day #BirdOfTheDay on #Contrast and the alt on #Trushers #ECK #Birds #mobilephonephotography
I don't have the second theme, but I have this beautiful stork against a blue sky on its nest. He/she returns every year back on this nest. More in the Alt.

Here is a beautiful stork sitting on its huge nest. The nestpool is man made. In nature parc Lelystad, they have had a breeding program for storks. Because they where almost completely declined here. Many from those storks have stay in the parc. But the others fly to South Africa for winter. And early spring they come back. This stork returns every year back to build it nest higher and higher. The couple have raised 3 chick's this year.
