I had chronic fatigue for years, knee inflammation/surgery (arthritis, they said), anemia, elevated ANA, low sodium, and an extensive rash, all of which were never resolved. After roughly 30 years of weird symptoms. I finally developed NMOSD, caused by LUPUS.
