I know this happened yesterday. But a point here:

Since #LAFC defeated #SportingKC on July 25 4-0, Sporting KC has had more wins (2) in MLS play than LAFC (1). SKC has picked up 7 points since then, LAFC just 8.

Not a surprising move considering the quality of that squad.

Seeing other fanbases not understanding why MDS was fired even though #LAFC is above the playoff line is very concerning

The FO based their decision on this post and this post alone. #LAFC

One thing to point out is that now that MDS is gone the pressure is now firmly on JT. His roster decisions and his roster construction did play a part in MDS’ poor results. #LAFC is clearly JT’s team so the next coaching hire and the future of our game model will fall on his shoulders.

Are we #LAFC fans spoiled? Yes
But don’t we also have a right to demand better when we spend our time, money, and energy every week on this team?

JT must be really feeling the heat if he was willing to sign off on the MDS sacking. What an utter failure from the FO. Turns out coaches do matter smh #LAFC

JT has a lot to answer for but at least this is a first step in the right direction. I don’t have much hope for the rest of this season but at least MDS is gone. #LAFC
