🇺🇸 #NWSL:

#GothamFC officially clinch the playoffs!!

#GothamFC downs Chicago 3'1.

Shaw with a brace, and Kerr with one.

Dominated from kickoff, Stars had no chance.

Full time, 3-1 for Gotham. Unfortunate to give up that goal late, but an overall good performance on the night. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

2 minutes of stoppage time. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

Everyone looks confused by that dookie-ass goal. A rare mistake by Gotham. #GothamFC #NWSL

Chicago gets one late as Tessa Dellarose scores off of a pretty bad giveaway deep in the Gotham half. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

Cruel to lose the clean sheet after a nearly spotless performance #GothamFC

Chicago still yet to have a touch in the Gotham box in the 2nd half. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

Talia Sommer with a near miss on what would have been her first NWSL goal, and a pretty nice one at that. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

Final Gotham sub sees Sam Kerr come off and replaced by Meredith Speck. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

Triple sub for Gotham as Purce, Lavelle, and Dudley come off for Bruninha, Sommer, and Kitahata. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

Gotham have not scored 4 goals in an NWSL game since a 4-0 win over Angel City on April 18, 2025(!). They now have 20+ minutes to find that 4th goal. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

This is the type of ruthlessness that I want to see from Gotham on the regular. #GothamFC #NWSL

So, Chicago can't figure out how to play against Rose Lavelle. 😂 Rose being Rose confused them all and set up Shaw for her brace.

3'0 #GothamFC

🦇

Alyssa Naeher deserves so much better.

🇺🇸 #NWSL:

GOAL!!!

#JaedynShaw is on fire!!

She gets her brace and makes it 3-0 for #GothamFC!!

Gotham’s first change sees Guro Reiten’s night is done with Taryn Torres coming in as her replacement. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

3-0 to Gotham as Shaw bags her 2nd of the night on a great passing sequence from Gotham that Chicago made way too easy for them. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

Domination #GothamFC

Sam Kerr puts the ball in the net for what would have been her second of the game, but is called offside. #GothamFC #NWSL #GFCvCHI

It's a Sam Kerr header!

Reiten with the cross, of course. Howell with the great pass to start it off.

2'0 #gothamfc
