Divine Intervention
Listening to this album it strikes me that were they to do some live shows the majority of these songs would work in stage.
A two part show
First half do the album then second half an hour of classics

Yes I feel that too. #foreigntongues

I could imagine Divine Intervention on Sticky Fingers. A great rock n roll number and Steve Jordan sounds a lot like Charlie here #foreigntongues

Divine Intervention – love Keith’s riff on this one. A great rocker. #foreigntongues

Mr Charm is fun but lightweight. It feels a bit out of step and probably one the band enjoyed more making than the experience of listening to it #foreigntongues

Trending again folks!
Number 4!!

Divine Intervention
A bit Footloose-ish
Very catchy

‘Mr Charm’ is surely a hit single?
Jagger is sending himself up here I think. And just a touch of ‘Gimme Shelter’ in the backing vocals.

Mr Charm – I know it has a lot of love out there, and good on them for having fun with it, but it fails to charm me really. #foreigntongues

Very different vibe on Jealous Lover compared to the two openers. Reminds me of more 80s Stones, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's good, but maybe not on par with the first two tracks #foreigntongues

I love the way he sings "I would never, never, never, never do you harm" Now, I'm away to dance #foreigntongues

‘Mr Charm’ will be stuck in my head for days again! Love it

I do like Jealous Lover, but every time I hear it, I think about Flight of the Conchords #foreigntongues

It's quite astonishing. Best I have heard him in years. #foreigntongues

Jealous Lover - “The pearls round your neck, they don’t make you a queen.” Great line. #foreigntongues

‘Jealous Lover’ just makes me smile.
Jagger’s voice is a thing of wonder on this album.
