3 Chiffchaff in a mixed flock of Tits. Flocks Linnet. 2 pairs Stonechat.
Resident Kestrel & female Sparrowhawk doing her rounds, lovely 😍

Mizzle morning, Maiden Castle #DorsetBirds 🇬🇧 🪶
3 migrating Northern Wheatear passing through, with a Chiffchaff feeding from the hawthorns, en route for somewhere warmer.
2 pair resident Stonechat and a local Raven.
Growing flocks Linnet.
Surrounding fields covered with Rooks, Crows & Jackdaws.

Bumper raptor day at Lytchett Fields today, with 3+ ospreys, adult WTE, 3 marsh harrier (2 males and interesting all dark bird) 2+ buzzard and a kestrel. Bonus was a water rail, whitethroats and lots of clouded yellows. #dorsetbirds #birds @harbourbirds.bsky.social
